Enable Private Channels

Truffle should work in private channels, so that teams who rely heavily on private channels can benefit from Truffle.

Requirements:

• Summarize and add private channel messages to KB

• Allow configuration of visibility of private channel knowledge base items (visible to everyone, only to members of that channel, etc)

• Direct messaging should also support querying of channels that the user is a member of
